About this space

Welcome to the Blue Door Cottage! This adorable late 40’s 3 bed, 1 1/2 bath home has plantation shutters throughout and character all around! We want this home to be comfy enough for our own family so the eclectic decor and bright colors match our style. The full kitchen opens up into the dining/living room so is great for entertaining your group!

Whether you’re here to work, visit friends & family or to see what Middle Tennessee has to offer, we are sure to have the right space for you!

The space

Welcome to our spacious cottage! We have made this your home away from home so you are cozy and don’t feel like you are missing out on any necessities!

Offers all the amenities you need to cook a meal (pots & pans, blender, mixing bowls, coffee maker, French press, microwave, toaster & more) for a night in or lots of menus to local restaurants for those wanting to try something local!

Guest access

Blue Door Cottage is completely private and separate from the upstairs apartment with 2 different entrances (front and side). We have a beautiful garden back yard that is shared with the upstairs guests so we hope you have nice weather to enjoy the outdoors for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night. At our home, we love to roast marshmallows on any given night so we have a fire pit available for your use (firewood is generally available for purchase at local gas stations/supermarkets)!

Other things to note

There is plenty of parking available for you...2 spots in front of the house and 1 spot to the right of the driveway. Please leave the driveway clear as that is for the upstairs guests.

We ask that the person making the reservation be present in our home during the entire stay. Reservations may not be made for other people unless otherwise pre-approved.

We have a few owners closets (1 in the den & 1 in the kitchen) locked and unavailable for guest use to include the attic.
